It's pretty easy to reposition the Wii U as Wii 2 anyway ... firmware update, make the tablet optional, bundle Wii Sports Club + NSMBU with it.

But Wii Sports Club and Wii Party U and Wii Fit U (free trial) haven't done a lick for Wii U sales as is. That audience is goners.
