The most impact this thread does is it offers a new wager (which he could decline) and gives the false claim that I made the wager a year ago. That still wouldn't be fraud even if it was legally binding (which it's not). |
I'd rather not even have the slightest risk. I'm 99.9% sure it's unenforceable, but that one in a thousand chance means it's still a bad idea.
