Which would mean that MS would have to divert stock from their homebase to other countries. Not going to happen. At this time, MS is fightng against losing the whole XBox department if the shareholder group sees them fumbling in their home territory. This is no longer the tiny, freak shareholder group that has tried to shut down the XBox part for years, this is now an unfluential, and increasing in size shareholder group with weight. That is why MS probably ships >70% of their weekly stock to NA, they absolutely have to win there to "pacify" that group.
