Where do you get your news? President Obama borrowed more in his first term than Bush did in two terms and he continues to borrow.

I don't think you know what a deficit is; although if you are a republican, that doesn't surprise me. It's not the amount of money which is borrowed, it is the amount of debt that that is left over on an annual basis.

Bush Junior left office with a 1.413 billion dollar deficit, and Obama has lowered it year by year to 680 billion, or less than half of the mess that Bush Junior's government left the US with.
