Given Pachter's track record, I wouldn't give much credence to his prediction. Also, those three things are barely anything. I bet a lot of people here predicted things like this before as well. Especially Wii HD, considering it isn't that surprising that Nintendo would want the next gen system to be compatible with their previous gen which sold over 100m units.
Also #1 and #3 are likely to have been guessed by a lot of Sony fans. A lot of them were saying that the Wii was "just a fad" and that PS4 will do 5m (which isn't exactly the same as saying PS4 will open with 1m+ in the first month). So really, I think you should just take Pachter's guess with a grain of salt. Especially considering how Pachter likes to bash Nintendo.
Example is when he said that Nintendo fans would buy anything from Nintendo (I think his example was an empty box with the Nintendo logo stamped on it).

Yeah the empty box thing was a strange thing to say. As far as i am concerned when i see the nintendo logo i know i am buying quality. Give me nitendo's take on gaming any day over bland fps that are everywhere nowdays.
