Ill give you the Wii, but is the DS brand tired? I don't think so, I think they can continue to build on the DS branding they have worked so hard to establish. The "DS" name is very powerful these days. Regardless if it's a 3DS or DS, you will find people referring to it as a DS. No longer do people think they are "gameboy's", but now they are DS'. That's assuming the basic tech is the same, but maybe they will drastically change the next handheld.
