E3 2016 at earliest would be my guess. 2014/2015 will likely focus a lot on games for both platforms with 2014 being heavy Wii U.
2016 would be the beginning of a ramp up for new hardware if its coming. Unless there is some market related push to do so sooner, like a new touch competitor or something.
