Indie Dev Locked Out Of ID@Xbox For Opting Out Of Exclusivity In The Past

I always had the feeling MS was quite hard on these rules, but they want games to release first on XBLA or not at all. In a way I think it is a good policy but from a developers point of view it might be troublesome.
