His argument is full of s**t. He holds Nintendo to a standard that he doesn't for any other hardware manufacturer. "Nintendo's games are brilliant, and I want my kids to play them!"... so buy them you idiot instead of playing politics based on an idea that makes no sense. This guy is out of touch with the real world.
