Because they are hardcore gamers and they don't play games to have fun. Of all the hardcore, the Nintendo hardcore are really the bottom of the barrel, because they gladly chime in with people who simply hate Nintendo.


I don't think anyone hates Nintendo more than Nintendo's own hardcore fanbase.

To address one of the main critcisms of Nintendo's showing: Donkey Kong is entirely different from other games being shown at VGX, and that's a damn good thing.
