Yeah, the current management is ridiculously oblivious to how the industry operates these days.

It is really upsetting too, since it seems that they bought into the idea of Nintendo = Kids and that we don't want games like X.

Honestly, I don't think X is the right choice for VGX either. Most of the audience is going to be "dude-bro" gamers, people who have no interest in JRPGs. 

It isn't just "Dude-bro's". It is also the normal forum goers. The people who DO care about X and/or Zelda U.

 

No way they would be stupid enough to create hype for a DK extra character and/or DK in general. If that is the case then they are no doubt out of and I give up.
