I'm sure its sarcasm. Considering that the DS is still maintaining its 2:1 selling ratio - and has yet to receive the next hardware iteration or any form of price cut... the PSP won't be getting much closer than it is at the moment.

The DS spikes are getting larger - the PSP ones are roughly the same:

For the PSP to end up with a marketshare of 45%... the DS minimum would be around 120m,  meaining the PSP would end up around 100m. The PSP would need to sell 70m units in the same time the DS sells 50m. Not the most likely event.
