I guess by "normal" you mean not the gamepad.
And ill tell you the reason this isnt a smart idea:
It would limit the number of games which people could play, forcing them to think about buying the gamepad separately, which would reduce the number of people who want to buy the console even more.
Current Game Machines: 3DS, Wii U, PC.
