Yes it can outsell the PS4 until Sony will ship enough supply !
Sony is crowded by PS4's demand and people can choose to bye an One if PS4 is not available :/
In France, for example, Sony said there will be shipments each week but there isn't enough ...
You pre-order now, you can't have a PS4 until february, that's crazy !
