Mario 3D World = best game I've played since Xenoblade in 2011

Sorry man, I can't really answer that, I never played 3D Land.

I can answer. Its totally different. This game feels for me like a strange mix of Mario64 and 2dMarios. Now its a favorite game of my daughter, I've never saw her so much involved in a game before.
And the best multiplayer Mario for me. For single player - I can't say much - only finished 1st world, but saw my daughter now in 7th, playing all the weekend )
