I think only people with posts above 500 should be able to 'give money'

Or else people would create a million ghost account and collect all the cash. lol

ALthough I know someone I would love giving money to, The poor fellow bet all his money on the Prediction league with incorrect date. lol, He's going to be sooo poor after.
