dont know about the chances. Microsoft stocked EU with little stock. it sold 170k in EU outside of UK. hardly anything to brag about. if they continue to allocate most of their stock available to USA and ignore the rest of EU outside of UK. then maybe it could happen. depends on how much stock sony had for USA too.
