Just not true, at least not for me. You called people on lack of originality but then proceeded to say the series should go back to its roots, that's a contradiction.
Zelda has been around for nearly thirty years so no matter what direction the next game takes some elements are going to be 'unoriginal', if it were wholly original then it wouldn't be Zelda. I hope to see a surprising new entry to the series that often catches me off guard (Skyward Sword was too linear and predictable for my liking) but I still expect the genre to be essentially the same and the main protagonist to wear a green tunic and use means besides his own feet to traverse a large overworld.
