No.. you don't have to move your head at all to get the effect.. becurse the image will change for you.. arcording to where you look at it.. meaning if you hold your head perfectly still.. and use wiimote/ nunchuc to walk.. the picture above (or 3d game on a 2d screen) will still be perfect 3d from that angel and perspectiv.. (change real time) and that is not some trick with the eyes.. it's the game that make that efect .. And funny how many saying VR are shit.. and even gimmick.. when there are som many different VR set on the way.. from the biggest player in the industry.. |
I really don't think I need to empty my head.
There are only three things that I'd say I'm truly qualified on. Game development (I'm a game developer), twisty puzzles(I hold many world records on Rubik's cubes. Even nerdier than video games but I love them), and 3D/VR(I started designing light field displays when I was 8 or so. Built my first working prototype at 13)
Not trying to impress you, but just express that I know what I'm talking about. Have you experienced head tracking for a 3D effect? It's certainly cool, but no it's not even close to feeling 3D compared to stereoscopic 3D.
