I'm not too sure if it's country or region. It might be Great Brittain, Scandinavia, eastern europe and so on and so forth, but it looks like we actually might have different charts for each country. I know that England has a different one. Also, another weird thing is that they take the review scores from just the country/region you're in. Not really a problem anymore, but in the start some games had very few e-shop reviews.
Zelda have been selling very well on the e-shop here in Norway for a while. As you can see Links Awakening DX is the best selling of them all. All of them got a little boost with LBW, but thats expected. Happened with Kid Icarus too, and probably Mario (didn't check at the time).
