It's a game based on surgery, but the surgery is actually more like arcadey action. It's the one game I can safely say is much better because of the Wii Mote. It's also quite a challenge. I highly recommend it.

Indeed! It's also a proper challenge. Remember that board game "Operation"? It's like that on steroids.
