From just what I played:
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz (Wii) - This was a launch game for the Wii. I guess the base game was exactly what was to be expected. But it also had a bunch of mini-games. And boy, did those suck. They were pretty broken. Much better to just play Wii Sports and Wii Play if you wanted good mini-games.
Disney Epic Mickey (Wii) - This game did one thing well. That one thing was fan service. It completely failed as a platformer. The jumping felt sloppy, and there really weren't many areas where there was fun jumping to be had. I found myself routinely needing to paint or thin something below me, only to have the platform I was standing on block my spray. Combat was pretty lame, and most enemies posed zero threat. The game was glitchy as hell, and I died several times by falling through platforms. Worst of all, pretty much the entire game acts as a point of no return. You want to see everything this game has to offer? Then you have to play it three times. Ugh. Most damning of all, my 9 year old niece played it for only 30 minutes, and was done with it.
Cursed Mountain (Wii) - Yeah, I know you specifically said we couldn't say this game. Too bad. I am saying it anyway. I realize this game is supposed to have a slow, deliberate pacing, but this is just ridiculous. Running in this game is slower than walking in most others. This game should have started out a lot quicker, and slowed down as you moved higher up the mountain. I will admit, there are two really amazing levels, but the rest of the game is bland and straight forward. The ghosts announce themselves with a mini cut-scene every time, so there is no surprise. Combat is lame. You have what amounts to a magic wand which either acts like a pistol, rifle, or shotgun. Real original.
