Well, I was thinking more along the lines of NA - 1M+ (already happened), EU - 900K - 1M, Japan - 500K-600K, and Others - 400K-500K.

Brasil will be like 10-15k because the price. And believe me, we are reaaly pro Sony country, so I don't think rest of the world will be more than 200k

That's just Brasil, though.  Everywhere else the PS4 is pretty much $100 USD less than the Xbox One.  Don't get me wrong, 2.5M is a safer, more reasonable number to go with, but I don't think 3M is out of the question.
