The reason my PS4 wasn't working was because for about 10 minutes I kept unplugging and plugging in the wrong hdmi cables in my receiver. I was kinda worried when nothing was working so I plugged the PS4 straight into my TV to test it. Still didn't work! Realized the tv wasn't even sensing the cable cause I didn't push it in all the way. All of a sudden it was working.
