Honestly, I think right now it's better to keep Iwata than to take a risk and get things to turn for the worse with someone new. Iwata isn't really doing a poor job, but sure he has made mistakes (and it would be ridiculous to assume none of the other CEO's have made mistakes), however I don't see why that's a reason he should quit. Not now, at least.
