It was a tv show of a special event (ps4 launch). It was a fan fare and was never billed as anything else. If you expected anything then I suggest you go to pep rallies or sports conventions to see what they do to cater to their fans. It was just a fun even for people waiting for a Ps4. For what it was it was a great fun thank you to the fans.
You just need to stop whining and get your expectations in check
