No not really, dont forget nintendo games (especially mario+mario kart) have long legs, also if its sales are lower its cuz of install base. Like if vita had 10mil userbase im sure games like persona and toukiden (might of misspelled) would of sold 1.5mil-2mil alone in japan.
Beside your talking about 3D mario, they dont sell as well compare to other franchises! (not saying its not big, just saying its not at the top in sales)
