Troubling drop for a Wii U. Of course it will spike for a week for Mario 3D World and raise it's baseline for the holiday season (as every platform does), but I think a drop like that shows the general Wii U baseline will probably revert back to under 12k once the holiday season wears off.
This type of sales pace is consistent with the GameCube, which would get spikes for tentpole Nintendo titles and the year end holiday rush in Japan, but then suffer fairly large drops afterwards.
It's definitely no Wii 1.
