I wouldn't say making food healthier can't help a little, but you are right that portion control and exercise is more important. That being said, we're allowed to smoke and eat a bunch of things that are never good for us in any dose. If they've linked a certain thing to heart disease across the board, getting rid of it is a good idea in my opinion. Also, I guarantee that if McDonalds is forced to use different methods, they will still produce a food that people think is very tasty. |
