Is the 3DS weaker than a Gamecube?

It doesn't push anywhere close to the amount of raw polys the GCN did.

But it has better shader abilities.

The GCN was a beast, some of its games like RE4, Star Wars Rogue Squadron II/III, Star Fox Adventures, F-Zero GX, Wind Waker still look great today.
