It's not confirmed. The logos could mean that VD-Dev plans to work on something for Vita and Wii U in the future, presumably after IronFall is finished.

Yeah they've recently said that they are currently only developing for the 3DS since they're a small team but the WiiU isn't out of the question for future products.
