Super Mario Galaxy is still among the most beautiful games I've played last gen. But even if there was some really good looking games on the Wii, the aliasing was bothering me. Playing 480p games on a 1080p TV wasn't really ideal. Now that the Wii U is powerful enough to run games in 720p and 1080p, this issue has been mostly resolved and the games art can shine even more.
Now, stating that the Wii U is underpowered doesn't mean you're a hater. ¬_¬
