The PS4 version of BF4 an upressed version of a game on PS3. Yet it'll only be 900p.

I haven't checked much of the PS3 version of BF4 but I am pretty sure it is way, way bigger jump technically wise than Ass Creed from PS3 to PS4. Will check it and gladly proove you wrong with more than my memory.

 

Its the same deal really. Much like AC4, The PS4 version of BF4 is gonna have higher res textures, better shadows, better lighting, more effects, 60 fps, etc.

The BF4 developers really wanted to achieve 60 fps, so that's why you have 900p. Down the road, maybe we'll see even superior looking games achieving 1080p and 60fps.
