After the massive adjustments for the Wii U and the Vita, almost reversing their positions in those reasons despite the fact Ive seen no evidence of a Vita sales increase...

...I dunno. I'm not buying it, particularly in Europe. The change is just too severe.

Again, it's all from Nintendo's own charts:

http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=171145

Vita was higher than Wii-U in Europe in September; and higher in October.  Here, we'd been tracking Wii-U higher both months.  Either Wii-U was overtracked or Vita was undertracked.  VGChartz has decided it was both, which is also a possibility.

And keep in mind, this was right in the middle of the Wii-U's price drop.  If it couldn't outsell Vita in the month of the price drop and the following month; there's no way it's going to be outselling it come November.

Thanks for the link, must have missed that thread!

I guess that explains quite a bit then. Maybe these charts aren't wrong, and the Wii U really is still struggling and the Vita is starting to thrive (ish). That'd be good to see, in some respects anyway!

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.
