I saw Tbone made a thread about 10m sellers but I feel like 5m is a more interesting total to discuss. Games can be exclusive or multiplat. For reference here are the games that sold over 5m on previous Nintendo consoles

My predictions
1. Nintendo Land-its already halfway there and while its no longer part of the main bundle, it did get a price drop to $29.99 and could very well be bundled again in the future.
2. New Super Mario Bros U-almost halfway there and is now bundled. Every mainline 2D Mario on consoles has passed the 5 million mark and I see no reason why it wont this time as well.
3. Super Mario 3D World-The worst selling 3D Mario game sold 6.31m on an install base of 21.74m so as long as Wii U sells at 15-18m this game should pass 5m.
4. Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze-Of the 5 mainline Donkey Kong games released in the past 20 years, 4 of them have passed 5m. The only one that didnt was DKC3 and that was the 3rd DKC released in as many years, didnt feature Donkey Kong or Diddy Kong and came out after next gen was in full swing so id say its very likey Tropical Freeze passes the mark.
5. Mario Kart 8-Every Mario Kart game has passed 5m and the last 3 entries have sold just under 1/3 the install base so as long as Wii U sells 15-18m, Mario Kart should pass 5m.
6. Super Smash Bros U-Once again every Smash Bros game has passed 5m and even tho this one will also be available on 3DS I still see the series being primarily a console game. I believe it will pass 5m.
7. Zelda U-Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess all passed 5m and Link to the Past and Wind Waker came very close. I think this one has a strong chance of making it.
8. Wii Sports Club-if this game gets a retail version with the most popular games of Wii Sports and Sports Resort then I believe it will pass 5m.
