I don't know if you can change all of the audio, like during the menu once the game (for lack of a better word) is started, but you can definitely go Off-TV mode during the stuff you actually need audio for. The thing that sucks about it is that it puts a big gray box over most of the big screen display, making it harder to follow on your monitor (because it assumes you're using the GamePad screen w/ a stand).
