Iirc, Bomberman is under Konami's leash, so basically the same reasons Snake isn't comming back apply to Bomberman not getting in at all.
And yeah, Blaziken isn't iconic enough a Pokemon and is old news anyway.

Alright he has some relevance, but still isn't very iconic, so pretty much no chance of him being playable, same with Bomberman, no matter how much you'd pay for him. :L
