See, first thing you do lol. Where is your crstal ball that shows you it wont sell 15mil+? Its going to easily sell over your 12mil prediction.
MH4 is over 3.3mil and will continue to sell and pokemon has just begun. How do you determine with 3 weeks (actually 15 days) of sales that it wont sell as high?
Just for your info its outselling D/P WW in the first 3 weeks as of now
