3DS is doing very well, although less than DS used to do. Wii U had a nicely small drop after Pokemon launch (oops, after Zelda launch, mixed up 3DS and Wii U boosts 
) week, this bodes well for Xmas, and it could mark the end of troubles for Wii U, despite not making expect a huge success like Wii.
But even the best sales couldn't confute the G0ld3n and Ub3r1337 L4w of NintenD0m3, so yes, Ninty is d0m3d, as always.
