Microsoft might get away with weak hardware and still sell well because of other stuff and that makes me sad...

But let's be completely serious here, the current generation is the ONLY one where the capabilites/horsepower have had nothing to do with the way the market share has turned out.

Well yes, the market is shrinking and the gamers will shape out how the gen starts this gen. Theres no casual Wii crowd adding to the overall sales (or that we know of just yet).
