I wonder how are Eula's enforceable when you only see them after the point of sale. Can you even bring an opened piece of software back to the store and say you want your money back because you clicked 'I do not agree'... Adding terms after money has already changed hands is not how contracts normally work.

Yeah you can request a refund.
