VGC Rule: Why is the word Biased allowed but Fanboy isnt?

I don't think policing the word "bias" is a good idea. However, it would be nice if members could use it appropriately. There has to be some pre-judgment and some amount of inequity for there to be bias. More often than not, the word is used on this site to mean "preference."
