VGC Rule: Why is the word Biased allowed but Fanboy isnt?

No offense taken.  Im asking because i dont see why one is allowed but not the other though.  It actually has been a while since anybody has called me biased (unless im forgetting) so this isnt really about me.

if this rule passed it would protect the feelings of those who care about their image of impartiality.
