Sadly that wont work, I never got a bird for one of my vivillon but I got xerneas or yveltal and then trade them for a bird, articuno was the hardest to get, I needed to trade a yveltal for a zapdos then that zapdos for articuno and then a xerneas for another zapdos to have the three birds, no one wants a moltres since he is the most common on there xD
PD: If you are planning to do the vivillon trade then get some ocean, sandstorm, jungle, monsoon, icy snow and sun vivillon since those are the most valuable ones and you will get nothing for an elegant or modern one
