Yep as you said, revenue. Sony gets 57% of the revenue. Subtract development and marketing costs and Heavy Rain made maybe €15-20m profit.
Beyond surely need to sell ~2m to become profitable.

$100m for what? Only budget number we have seen is $27 million.
