This makes some sense since if you are confident in your adult status you arent bothered by such things. If you were bored by it, its perfectly fine. Its what happens to me with games i find childish (too simple, repeptitive and boring). But, pokémon appeals to all ages because it has depth. Yeah, its a jolly go around adventure to explore the world. It doesnt need to be the coming of the next dark age. It suits the universe. But, the depth and complexity of the combat system is not something children will comprehend. Its for teenagers and above at the end of the day.
