It's a big deal because GTA IV's numbers look much different, with the PS3 version still behind. This time, that version will outsell the 360 counterpart by at least 3 million, when all is said and done. Quite the change (depending on perspective). 

As I said though, for a GTA, no it isn't a big deal. It's a more established IP on the PlayStation.

No, because these things flucuate. Yes, GTAIV sold more on 360, probably because the 360 had the bigger momentum then. Now they are far more equal (ith PS3 slightly ahead), which also shows in the numbers. It is the same with COD, where the PS3 version have sold much closerto their 360 counterparts than before. Not strange at all.
