You were moderated for the thread, not because of the reactions of other posters. The thread on its own was lock-worthy.

Yup, a lot of people in this thread "thanking" the mods are in for a rude awakening. This rule now also protects people from going in a thread and giving their opinion without a plethora of "Oh typical comments from the same lot of people." Which, a lot of people rejoicing are guilty of. I personally have always found those comments extremely annoying so I am all for this rule.
