Sure, come over here to germany and I show you around the company I work for.

I was thinking something on the lines of a programming assignment that a company hands out to check each applicants that are valid.

LOL, what are you smoking. I get no programming assignements handed out. I talk with the customer, we create tickets in our internal ticket-system and I work on it. Obviously you didn't work in real life and only know it from  TV or something.

Then you wouldn't mind if I test out your programming capabilites ? That's what a boss should do to every applicant that tests out a persons programming knowledge so you got any problems with me testing out or what ?
