If they can come up with a (in their opinion) good reason for selling these games at full price then they will. Releasing say Deus Ex for Wii U at a higher price makes sense because Squeenix sees it (or wants you to see it) as a completely new game for Wii U owners, and they probably don't expect a lower price to bring in more money.
